My name is Nikki. I used to be a Political Science major; however, last semester, before the break, I decided to switch my major to Women's Studies! I think this major will be helpful to me because I plan on going to law school and working abroad for some sort of NGO that advocates women's rights. I am looking forward to this class because their will be many discussions! I love to debate and hear other sides and opinions so this class will be perfect. This class is required for my major.
Some questions I want answered include:
1.) Is there actually a biological difference in IQ between men and women?
2.) Can countries, such as muslim ones which oppress women, actually change because of the culture?
3.) When did the "barbie", blonde hair, blue eyed, big breasted, thin woman become the ideal image women strive to be like or envy?
4.) Has media over the last decade helped or hurted how men view women?
5.) Why do women seem to have more pressure to look good than men?
6.) Can women ever actually be in the front lines in the United States military?
